Originally from Bombay/Mumbai, Salim moved to NYC in the 1980s and built his career in real estate selling shopping centers, apartment buildings, warehouses, self-storage buildings, development land & NNN leased assets. Adjusting to the ups & downs of market cycles, he diversified by owning and managing a co-op/condominium brokerage in Manhattan, negotiating commercial short sales, and overseeing estate/probate sales.
For the last nine years, Salim has turned his attention to residential and commercial real estate. He is now the Faruqi Team’s listing manager and buyer specialist for both residential and commercial property.
