I have been in the real estate industry serving the greater Tulsa area since 1993. During that time I owned 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, Smart Solutions Real Estate Academy and for 16 years owned and operated Perez & Company Realty. Early on I learned that the biggest opportunity in the industry was training new and experienced sales associates. With that in mind, in 1999, I became an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission approved real estate instructor, teaching pre-licensing and continuing education. I have been a presenter for First Time Home Buyer seminars for Community Action Project, Housing Partners of Tulsa as well as the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League. In addition to offering a very close working relationship with my clients I am proud to be able to offer some of the most advanced technology and marketing available. From a personalized property website to advertising on over 30 different real estate sites sellers will get the most exposure possible. I offer sellers and buyers full representation, an understanding of the mortgage process as well as 26 years of sales experience. I am proud to say that at least 90 of my business is from referrals from both friends and former clients. A real estate transaction is a very emotional process and should be a great experience. I am married to my awesome husband Tony, who is the Executive Chef at the River Spirit Casino, and we have 2 children, Taylor and Devin.
