In 2019, my family moved from greater metropolitan Seattle, Washington to Memphis, Tennessee. When we began to search for a house, it was very apparent that my husband and I were not on the same page regarding the size and type of home we wanted to purchase. I wanted a large house that would accommodate visits from family and friends, and my husband wanted to downsize. Sally was so patient. She didn’t take sides or nudge us toward large or small homes. Sally used her expert knowledge of the housing market to develop a list of homes that met both our requirements and began scheduling home viewings.
She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sally helped us understand school districts, property tax differences, and the vibe, attraction, and history of each community. She was flexible and always respectful of our schedules.

Sally has an engaging personality. I’m sure she has never met anyone she couldn’t converse with like family. She made the home search and the buying experience appealing and fun and limited the associated stress. She used her network of connections and contacts within the market, agents, broker, home inspectors, and contractors, to help us both before and after the purchase. Working with Sally was like working with my best friend.

Sally was a true blessing for our family. She is such a genuinely kind person, honest and very professional, but at the same time she makes you feel so comfortable, like you’ve known her for year. I cannot count how many houses we viewed before we found our forever home, but she was never pushy, she was always patient and she truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. It has been nearly 3 years since we bought our home and we still get Christmas cards from her, I call her every now and then to see how she is doing, just because she is such a great person and was such an important part of new life here in Tennessee.
