Looking for someone who is going to work hard for your needs, really cares about you and what you want in a home, looks out for your best interests, and is communicative & knowledgeable? Then Salma is the realtor for you. I've been able to work with her twice - once to find my apartment in 2019 and again to buy my (first!!) home in Jan-March 2023. In 2019, I knew that she was going to be my realtor (for a future home purchase) when she was unbelievably great in helping me find an apartment. This was probably small potatoes for her, but she took the care and time as if I were a high-end real estate buyer. That really impressed me and I knew I wanted her on my team when I was ready to buy a home. Come to 2023 when I was finally ready to buy a house: She held my hand through the homebuying process, found me amazing listings that were exactly what I was looking for, and always looked out for my best interests. I bought the FIRST listing she ever showed me because it was so ON-TARGET for what I wanted (looked at other listings that were great afterward, but the first one was perfect). From pre-approval to clear to close was just over one month! Salma can make your real-estate dreams come true. I'm so happy in my new home.

Salma was and is amazing to work with. She connected my husband and I to our dream home. We absolutely love it here. She listened to all our needs and found the perfect home. Even a year later when I have questions in regards to the home and value she responds immediately. I feel like I've made a friend for life. Salma was the realtor of our dreams! My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and requested a tour one day off a property on Zillow - we got Salma as our first tour ever on a whim. Upon meeting her, we knew she was the one we wanted to stick with through our process (even though we had friends/recommendations through friends).

Salma was extremely patient, quick and understanding with us as we dragged her through the suburbs and ultimately back into the city, listened to our wish list of needs and wants, price range, and never failed to provide us with her expert insight and opinions on anything we looked at. We finally found the place we wanted (first people to look at the property) and Salma made sure we were the first and only offer on the place because of her great relationships with others.

To add, she gifted us a home warranty as our housewarming gift, which we were SO thankful for. Two months into owning, our furnace went out (that passed our home inspection with flying colors) and thanks to Salma’s gift, our $5k furnace was covered with zero cost to us. She’s truly like the gift that keeps on giving.

I have already recommended Salma to everyone that I know, even if they aren’t looking, and will 1000000% always recommend her! You seriously cannot go wrong!!!

Found Salma as a realtor on Zillow and I’m so lucky I did! She looked at an initial home with me and was quick to point out issues that could turn into big problems later. She was very responsive and worked with me the entire time through the process. She helped to negotiate a fair price for the home I ultimately purchased.

She also had great recommendations for the home loan, real estate attorney, and home inspection. It truly made the entire process seamless and so very easy! I highly recommend Salma and will work with her on future purchases!
