As Sam returns to private life, he has decided to do what he loves most and what he is enthusiastic about, serving his friends and family in their quest of the “American Dream” of owning real estate.

Sam is overly excited to be a part of the well-established, successful, and trusted real estate company, Brush Real Estate. Long time Escondido residents, Glen and Debbie Brush, founded their real estate company in 2006. In the last twelve years, their company has sold over a Billion Dollars in Residential and Commercial real estate.

With more than Thirty years’ experience as an executive in both the public and private sectors, he has the experience and the knowledge to supply outstanding service to his friends in their pursuit of real estate investments. He founded and managed a successful family business in Escondido for over three decades, which included residential and commercial properties. Sam and his family feel blessed with the opportunity to have realized and lived the American Dream. He is excited about the bright future ahead of them and they look forward to serving their great community in this new role of “Trusted Real Estate Advisors.”
