Sam Baldwin

Sam was born and raised in East Texas. After graduating from Marshall High School, Sam went on to get his Political Science degree from Texas Tech with a Minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Management. Sam then went on to get his Law Degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston and is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. After 3 years of practicing law, Sam realized that practicing law was not for him. Still wanting to be able to help people, he then got his real estate license in 2020 and has been a practicing real esate agent since.

Sam specializes in farms and ranches, hunting land, lake homes and property, and country homes. Growing up in East Texas he is familiar with Marshall, Hallsville, Longview, Pine tree, Diana, Ore City, Kilgore, Carthage, Henderson, Jefferson, Tyler, Elysian Fields, Harleton, Tatum, Karnack, Lake O' The Pines, Caddo Lake, and Lake Cherokee.

Outside of real estate, Sam is an avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing any chance he gets, and has a passion for land management. He also enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, cooking, and hunting/playing with his Yellow Lab, Major.
