Sam Chimento has been developing real estate since 1994.

Mr. Chimento led in the purchase, design, development, and marketing of 15 condominium developments, including urban infill and lake front resort locations.

He takes responsibility for identifying industry trends, site selection, property acquisition, and investor relations.

Mr. Chimento places high value on developing properties of architectural distinction and enduring construction quality.

Mr. Chimento holds a Masters Degree from Yale University and a BA from Oral Roberts University
