In 2021 I have completed 49 transactions totaling over $47 million dollars. In addition to my real estate license, I also have a mortgage originator license and am knowledgeable about both real estate transactions and mortgage procedures. I provide my clients professional and unbiased advice based on my extensive experience and nuanced knowledge of current market conditions, resulting in successful offers for clients’ dream homes. I came to the United States in 1988 to attend UC Berkeley as a graduate student after attending a top Chinese research institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After more than 10 years working in the biotech industry, I became interested in real estate. In 2003, I got a real estate license and became a full-time agent. With 20 years of experience, I provide my clients one-stop service for real estate transactions, investments, rental management, and mortgage applications.
