Sam Crittenden

Originally hailing from Chapel Hill, NC, Sam Crittenden is a true North Carolinian and was raised in the real estate development business. His parents developed property in the triangle and eventually led them to Coastal North Carolina. Real estate has always been a part of Sam's life.

Sam has his undergraduate degrees from both the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His professional career has been centered in sales with a focus on marketing and customer service. Sam knows the importance of building relationships and a client-first approach. He is happy to call the Wrightsville Beach area home and believes 'it's easy to sell what you love.' He took the leap in the real estate business and worked for a leading firm where he was a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Sam primarily focuses on waterfront communities in the Wrightsville Beach and surrounding areas. Sam's strongest asset is the ability to understand his customer's wants and needs and deliver a product to match with uncompromising service, honesty, and integrity. In his spare time, Sam likes spending time with his wife Michelle and their three young sons. Sam is also an active board member of the Wrightsville Beach School Foundation, a local non-profit out of Wrightsville Beach.
