Sam Fuqua

When Sam was 8 years old, a family trip brought her to the Pacific Northwest from home in Florida. Sam remembers seeing evergreen trees, hills, and mountains for the first time and being amazed by the diversity and beauty of the landscape. Shortly after college in 1993, she packed up her belongings, drove out west and have called Oregon home ever since.

In 2009 Sam got her real estate license. Sam's career in real estate was another instant love and a seamless transition from previous careers in home renovation, client management, and social work. As a full time agent, Sam enjoys helping clients in all phases of the real estate process, whether it be matching buyers with the right home, helping sellers prepare their homes for sale, hosting open houses, navigating folks through big life changes, or helping buyers & sellers during the inspection negotiations.

Sam spends her off-work time volunteering in the community, serving on the North Tabor Neighborhood Association board, seeing live music, working in her garden, taking photos, and traveling.
