I had a great experience working with Sam. As a first time home buyer, he was thorough about the home buying process and answered any questions we had. He is a true professional and worked very hard to find us the right home. With his knowledge and experience we were able negotiate the best deal and are officially moved in to our first home! I’m super glad to have had him on our side. He really cares about his clients. I can’t recommend him enough!

Exceptional service, white glove experience and very friendly!

There is no one I trust more when buying a house than Sammy, he patiently walked us through every step of the way and even helped us negotiate for a lower home price (which realtors don’t often do!). He genuinely cares about his clients and making sure they get the best deals.
Despite our many many texts and calls, Sammy happily answered all our questions with professionalism and a positive attitude - he helped us learn so much about the market and made sure the home we ended up with was the best deal and the best home for us.

We are so happy Sam worked with us and we recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and down-to-earth realtor that really cares about his customers!

Samuel seemed genuinely concerned, interested and excited about helping us find our "perfect" home. He was knowledgable about the area and eager to work with us to help us get into our new home as quickly as possible. Samuel maintained communication with us throughout the entire purchase process. He advised us and kept our best interest at heart when showing us homes and counseling us on which homes to consider. Throughout the entire process Samuel was a true professional. Even after we closed Samuel continued to offer his assistance and helped us work through a few unforseen issues. Morning or night Samuel was always available and ready to answer any questions, advise on any problems or look into any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Samuel to anyone looking to buy a home!
