Sam, is TRULY a Godsend! From my families first interaction with him, to the moment we received keys to our new home. Sam took such care in understanding what our family’s need’s, and wants were, in purchasing a home. He presented quality prospects, and worked diligently with the seller’s realtor’s, to provide convenient, but swift showing times. Never once were we rushed, we were provided a great amount of time to ask questions, and discuss additional, and valuable information provided by Sam. Once we found our dream home, Sam made sure we were kept up to speed, and fully aware of each step in our home buying process. Nothing was left to the unknown, and when questions did arise, Sam was expedient in answering, and resolving potential issues. He worked hard on our behalf, preventing anything from going array, working closely with Seller and their realtor, as well as our loan agent. This allowed my family to purchase our home with confidence and ease. Our family was in a crunch with time during our closing, and Sam did all he could to make sure we had our keys on the day we needed them!
