Sam did a phenomenal job for us. We called him while remodeling our bathroom. Everything came out beautiful. From installing the bathroom, changing the vanity and selecting and installing the flooring. After a while we also used him to remodel our living room, installing recessed lights, changing the flooring and selecting all paints to mention a few. It was really fantastic. And most of all he is very honest in his dealings and did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after finishing the job. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who would like to have a professional job done. - Asmeret

Mr. Sam Khodor listed and sold two properties in 2021 for us. One property needed some work before listing on the market. Mr. Khodor was very helpful in identifying a contractor to perform the work. He was patient with our long list of improvements to the house. He was always very responsive and made himself available when we needed him. He negotiated the best outcome for both properties, and he was always a step ahead of the process, helping us to close the deals on time.
