Being a native Phoenician, Sam has seen different parts of the city grow and develop. When he was growing up in Central Phoenix, 7th Street, or “Restaurant Row” as it is now called, had almost no restaurants! Seeing growth like this has allowed him to develop a keen eye for up and coming areas. Furthermore, being born and raised here has allotted Sam the opportunity to know every part of the city like the back of his hand! He often knows good schools, and ALWAYS knows good restaurants in certain areas (eating is his favorite hobby).
Prior to real estate, Sam worked in digital marketing. Through that experience, he has learned how to leverage several different digital platforms to give his clients the best exposure. When selling, he will have your home all over the internet. When buying, he will make sure that you are seeing anything and everything that fits your needs FIRST, before anyone else! Furthermore, Sam’s understanding of technology allows him to utilize the most efficient and effective ways of communication.
Besides real estate, Sam is an avid sports fan. Mainly basketball, but he enjoys all sports. As an alum of ASU, cheering on the Sun Devils is usually on his schedule during the seasons. Other than that, Sam play in several men’s basketball leagues. Basketball has been a great vehicle for him to make friends his whole life. Lots of his friends (and even clients) came from basketball.
