Sam Lumb

Sam is a 20-year licensed Realtor who is keenly engaged in real estate in the Crested Butte area. During his 42-year residency here, Sam has built several homes in the Town of Crested Butte and has built, bought, and sold residential and commercial property in Crested Butte, Skyland, Mt. Crested Butte, and Trappers Crossing. With his extensive involvement in real estate, he joined Crested Butte Sotheby’s International Realty to assist buyers and sellers by providing committed customer service in selling or purchasing the ideal property.

Sam‘s background includes serving on the Gunnison County Planning Commission and the Skyland Community Association, as well as participation with top producing Crested Butte builders and developers. Sam brings a breadth of knowledge and experience about the real estate market. He is schooled in Town and County land use regulations and is experienced in negotiation and contracts. As the past owner of the popular Bakery Cafe in downtown Crested Butte, he brings a seasoned and significant perspective about local life in Crested Butte.

Sam and his wife, Nan, reside in Skyland. They raised their two daughters here and have generously contributed both their time and resources to the Crested Butte community.
