This Real Estate team is absolutely phenomenal! And trust me, we’ve had some not-so-great realtors! We cannot say enough good things about Sam, Eliza & Ken Othman! Sam is a very seasoned and knowledgeable person in the industry, and just knows exactly what needs to be done. Eliza is so caring and even vacuumed our floors when I was too sick to do it myself on Showing Day. And Ken is extremely smart, great at marketing, and got tons of people in the door. All three together, made a fantastic team! We got 3 realtors for the price of 1 with this team and they made us feel like we were their ONLY clients, by answering every call or text, within 10 minutes, whether it was Sunday, or 4th of July, 8 o’clock at night, or just a regular business day! They showed our home 37 times in 2 weeks! And, of course, sold it! AND for a price that we were ecstatic about! They listened to our needs and acted accordingly, and made the selling process as stress-free as it could possibly be! We really enjoyed this experience because of them! If you are looking for a great realtor, you really should talk to this team!

I would recommend Sam & Eliza when selling your home. From the very first meeting with them their were polite, friendly and, very professional. My wife & I moved out of state and, the Othman team took care of everything covering the sell of our Moreno Valley home. We were in constant communication covering all aspects of our home sale. Our house sold within days and, the escrow closed in the 30 day period. Either by a phone call, text or email their communication skills are spot on. My husband and I owned a piece of property that we considered very hard to sell. In this climate of covid, we really didn't expect to find a qualified buyer anytime soon. That proved to be the very challenge that the Othman Team, Sam and Eliza, decided they could handle. And they did, exceeding my expectations. I anticipated a troublesome escrow, demands from the buyer, etc. But this Team not only met this challenge - - they exceeded it. They took it upon themselves to look after the property (80 miles away from us!) , made suggestions as to how we could improve the salability of it, etc. The escrow was short and trouble-free! We live in Orange County and the property was in Riverside County. We never had to leave our home to sign documents or for anything else! I highly recommend this wonderful team of experts for your real estate needs. They are knowledgeable, considerate, and very easy to work with.
