Sam Owen

Under Mr. Owen’s leadership, OGH has directed and/or participated (consulted) in acquiring assets in US and national markets through private equity, capital markets, corporate capital funds, domestic financial institutions, private investment structuring, joint ventures, and singular holding for commercial and investment projects. Real estate developments include retail, commercial, investment and medical offices with experience leasing commercial space concentrating in the areas of office/medical, retail, and industrial. Prior to establishing OGH, Mr. Owen was employed by Danaher, a Fortune 500 company involved in environmental, industrial, and medical technology services. Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tarleton State University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
