Sam Pagels

Sam has been a part of the Redman Realty Group family since 2015 working in both the field and in the office all throughout his teenage years. After graduating from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua in 2018, he attended UW-Oshkosh, followed by Mid State Technical College in Stevens Point - studying business management. Sam graduated in May 2021. He obtained his real estate sales license in the summer of 2020 and could not have been more excited to hit the ground running straight out of college. Sam’s mom, Janel, has been a Realtor since 1997, so Sam has seen first-hand what it takes to be a successful Realtor. When Sam expressed interest in becoming a Realtor; she knew he would be a perfect fit to help buyers and sellers with his outgoing, attentive and caring personality traits. With that being said; he made the decision to become a Realtor and team up with his mom.

On a hot summer day, you can find Sam boating the Minocqua chain or taking an ATV ride. In the winter he’ll likely be on an area lake ice fishing or snowmobiling. In the fall, he enjoys spending time in the woods hunting with his dad and brother or a with a group of buddies. “Growing up in the beautiful Northwoods has provided me the privilege to enjoy the endless number of area lakes and thousands of acres of public land.
