Born and raised in Mukilteo, Sam has lived all over the greater Seattle area before settling down in Renton. From his early years in Bothell at Inglemoor High School to his college years in North Seattle while attending the University of Washington, Sam is very well versed in the area he calls home.
When it comes to Sam, you can count on him to keep in touch with his clients and everyone involved every step of the way, ensuring what can be a daunting process to go by smoothly. His dedication to his clients and commitment to punctuality is the perfect recipe to successfully land a buyer their dream home.
Prior to acquiring his real estate license, Sam served as the operations manager at a tea factory in Los Angeles. While gaining valuable experience in project management was essential to Sam’s success as a manager, it was the skills he gained building relationships among a diverse team and with international clients that he carries into the real estate industry. Sam believes that understanding the real estate market is only half the battle; his experience in understanding how to forge unique relationships with unique people to accomplish a single goal is what allows him to provide the best service to his clients.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and working out to balance his foodie adventures. His current goal is to try all the teriyaki spots that the greater Seattle area has to offer.
