The Pergerson group !!!They bent over backward for us. We started looking in Tampa, and surrounding areas but after 2 months with another agent wasn’t working out, so my friend referred me her best Mortgage loan originator and we got to meet Sam and Jonathan. They started more than willing to continue to work with us all nearby places that we mentioned.
When we found our best unique home so called investment property they were up with us working on our offer and planning the project to turn our investment into one of the kind property in Sarasota.
They helped us figure out the best way to position our budget and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one.
We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.
If I texted them a question or an update Sam would often respond in 2 minutes or less meanwhile Jonathan, the one I called is wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints next to her side working constantly to give us the best answers.
When you choose to work with the Pergerson group and I HIGHLY recommend you do,they will contact you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, location,deal breakers, price ranges, as a first-time Florida home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad to invest such as Airbnb, snowbirds or long term market etc.. after you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, and such.
Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a investment,But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. They were always so candid and provided their own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what they had learned about us . I truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily in the long run for our investment property. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, in my options, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but they are really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Yes, there are a number of things that any realtor can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, the Pergerson went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had the best confidant/partner throughout.

Sam and Jonathan Pergerson are two of the best agents I have had a chance to work with, and this is coming from someone who purchases real estate frequently and is also a real estate agent in another state. They are highly responsive. Your texts/calls/emails will be responded to very quickly. And this is very important when working with many important things under a tight deadline. They are also very knowledgeable about the local market. They were able to advise me on the area(s) that would make the most sense for my investment goal and within minutes of having our first call, they were able to send me many relevant properties to review. Their negotiation skills are also top-notch because we were able to close on the property under the asking price. Lastly, they value you as a client and will go above and beyond what needs to be done to make sure you have a great experience during the process, as well as post-closing (they helped me check on my place after Hurricane Ian devasted a large part of SW FL).
If you want a trusted agent who can help you with every step of the home-buying/selling process, you will not be disappointed if you work with the Pergerson group. They will be my go-to agents for all of my transactions in FL, and they have my highest recommendation.
