I was very lucky to come across Sam a year ago when I was panicking to find an apartment that I could move into within a month. He was so helpful, knew a ton about Boston, and found me a place that fit my needs. What differentiates working with him as opposed to some other realtors is that he clearly gained an understanding of my likes and dislikes and then tailored the apartment showings to fit them. He never once showed me an apartment that I wasn't interested in, and I never once felt like I was wasting my time. He really works hard.
