I was very lucky to come across Sam a year ago when I was panicking to find an apartment that I could move into within a month. He was so helpful, knew a ton about Boston, and found me a place that fit my needs. What differentiates working with him as opposed to some other realtors is that he clearly gained an understanding of my likes and dislikes and then tailored the apartment showings to fit them. He never once showed me an apartment that I wasn't interested in, and I never once felt like I was wasting my time. He really works hard. I just worked with him again and he found me a beautiful place that I am very excited to move in to. I will never use another realtor in Boston and I truly cannot say enough good things about Sam.

He was able to ask questions we may have missed during our marathon viewing sessions and almost gave the consideration as if he personally were moving into the apartment.
