Sam Roule

Sam has been a Real Estate Broker since March 2015. Before his career in real estate, Sam spent over 20 years in the beverage industry as a beer distributor and micro-brewery owner. Having been in sales his entire career, he prides himself on going the extra mile for his clients and understands the importance of maintaining close relationships beyond the transaction.

Sam is married with a 9-year-old son who plays baseball and a 6-year-old daughter that loves to dance! Sam and his wife have spent years supporting the local chapter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters as a past Board President and personally taking on roles as "Bigs".

Sam spent 7 years at a brokerage where he was a multi-million-dollar producer and was honored on The Chairman's Club for Sales Volume for 2022, Executive Club for Sales Volume for 2021, and All-Star Club for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and named to the Circle of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Service for 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2022.
