Starting his day at 5 AM at the gym, Sam hits the ground running, determined to begin each day as physically fit and mentally alert as he can be. While other agents are just finishing their first cup of coffee, Sam is resolving multiple issues for his appreciative home sellers. He makes sure every client is up to speed and apprised of the status of their home sale or mortgage loan. By lunchtime, he’s accomplished more than many agents do in a day!
Even Sam’s back story illustrates his incredible drive. He has a 15-year plus sales and consulting background working for different international corporations, overseeing multi-million dollar contracts. These various positions have taken him around the world, including Sweden, Southeast Asia, China, and most of Europe.
Being born in Egypt and procuring his education in France allows Sam to communicate in three languages. A sharp and savvy business person, as Sam traveled the world in his various roles, he invested in real estate rather than renting his residences. He has owned homes and rental properties all over the world.
