Working with Sam was one of the best experiences of my life. They say that buying a home can be stressful, but Sam was on top of everything and handled my every need along the way. Not only is he incredibly professional (I was never able to get to a showing before him for example), he is genuine and truly has your best interest at heart. I wish there was a Sam for every area of my life, he definitely knows his stuff and is one of the best at what he does!

Sold for $90K over what another agent was going to list it, and under contract in a 10 days! Working with Sam to sell one of my investment properties was a very fruitful experience! What made it great? He was on top of his game across the board - super responsive and professional, provided design tips to increase the value of the home which sold for $90k over what I was going to list it with another agent. What sets him apart is his negotiation skills and understanding of what buyers are looking for, which many realtors lack. Looking forward to listing many more properties with him.
