“Optimistic, enthusiastic, passionate, creative, and one of the happiest guys I know” are just a few of the ways people describe Sam. These characteristics and what he describes as “a strong Hoosier work-ethic” are much of what Sam offers to clients looking to sell their home, buy a new home, or both.
Sam graduated from Fairfield High School in 1998, and received his B.A. from Anderson University in 2002. In 2005, Sam graduated from Ashland Theological Seminary with an M.Div and spent the next 7 years as a Sr. Pastor in Bryan, Ohio.
With 10 years in pastoral ministry, Sam has learned how to help people, to listen well to their needs, and to help them find creative solutions toward meeting those needs. Clients receive much more than someone to help them purchase or sell their home—they get someone who honestly cares for them!
But Sam doesn't just help others purchase and sell homes - he believes in real estate himself. He's a real-estate investor / landlord who has done the hands-on work of remodeling and rehabbing homes for nearly 15 years. Additionally, Sam has worked on a construction crew, worked as an independent residential handyman, and supervised several large building renovations at his former church.
In his spare time, Sam has led 3 teams of volunteers to the Gulf Coast to serve hurricane victims, has been a member of Kiwanis International, and served on numerous church boards.
