Sam is an utter pro. He was incredibly patient as I searched for my first home despite very tough market conditions and geographical constraints, always giving honest advice and never pressuring me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. When it was time to pull the trigger, he helped me get a great deal, including negotiating a new roof for my house. I have gone through a couple realtors and Sam is by far the best! He wasn’t pushy like the other few were and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. This is my first time buying a house and I didn’t know everything that goes into it but Sam was right there always ready to answer any questions I have and teach me along the way! He is very knowledgable and knows exactly what he is doing! You can definately tell he enjoys this career path and wants what is best for you to achieve your dream home! He got the sellers to pay for a new roof for me before closing and that’s a huge deal! He truly is amazing and now even my parents are using him to find a new house! Sam is an absolutely fantastic realtor! Sam truly was a blessing to my husband and I in more ways than one. We moved from Germany as a military family, and during the house hunting process we were living internationally. Most relators would have shied away from such complicated dynamics, but Sam tackled it head on. His reputation proceeds itself, as he was referred to us by a friend of a friend, and has a reputation of being a man of integrity, who advocates for his clients. Sam helped us find the perfect home, going out of his way to send us properties even on his vacation time with family. He showed us the best neighborhoods to purchase a home in Saint Louis, which was invaluable because we had never been to Saint Louis before the home search. We found a home, and he confidently instructed us on how best to put together an offer. We were accepted on the first offer we placed, and it was because of Sam! There are countless things that Sam did for us after purchasing the house, which blessed us more than we could say and helped us start to feel at home in Saint Louis. Sam gave us recommendations for various contacts in the area, such as lawn care and contractors, and even let us borrow a mattress as our things would take around 4 months to ship from Germany. He even helped the sellers of our home by giving them a contact to fix the plumbing before we moved in. Sam truly went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be more thankful. We are so grateful for our new beautiful home, and we couldn’t recommend Sam more for his real-estate expertise.

WELL ABOVE & BEYOND BEFORE & AFTER THE SALE!

Samuel and his team were amazing to work with! We moved with the Military from Germany and Samuel was phenomenal! He helped us find the right house, did video walkthroughs for us on our time zone (+6hours), helped us through the signing process, and was able to use his network to help us secure the house as well as provide cheaper repairs for the family who was moving out.

However, not only did Samuel get us into the right house for our family he has continued to go well above and beyond! He has provided us with a mattress to sleep on, since military overseas moves take ~4 months for our household goods to arrive, and has helped us settle into the local area by providing recommendations for home security, finding a lawn mower to bridge the gap in our closing to arrival time in St Louis, and endless support.

We have truly felt blessed working with Samuel and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an amazing realtor :D

You may see Sam as a residential real estate professional, which he certainly is, but I want to share about how Sam is so much more than that - he is a problem solver, who wants to help people get value and get what they're dreaming of out of their real estate pursuit. A couple of examples of how he has helped me with two unconventional deals recently - one for a land purchase and the other for a church building sale.
First, I've dreamed of owning land for most of my life, and because of his ability to get me loads of accurate comps, he gave me the solid research that saved me almost $70K off of a high asking price on my first land purchase. Huge! And the way his team was on top of it at every step was waaaay different than my usual experience with realtors. Immediate answers to phone calls and emails. Immediate follow up on action items. Just stellar!
Second, our board had to sell a church building our school owned, and the stories of how Sam helped us are too numerous to list here on this short(ish) review, but because of his network of trusted contractors, he was able to help a wonderful church have the comfort level to purchase our church building and perform the necessary remodeling at a reasonable price. It made the deal possible, and blessed everybody. We prayed it would be a perfect deal for everyone, and it was truly a win-win-win for us, the new church, and for Sam.
Last, Sam has shared multiple stories with me about how he gets just as much personal satisfaction, or more, helping a struggling buyer get into a home (Sam doesn't call them houses, but HOMES), even when the deal is smaller, as compared to larger deals. His heart and passion is to help people, not just conduct big business where people are just numbers along a path to ever-increasing revenue.
Wrapping up, if you want the ho-hum, typical buying experience from a typical realtor, where you feel like they kind of earned a lot of money for not providing a lot of value, then there's truckloads of them out there who are happy to flail their way through your buying or selling process. I've been there...multiple times. But Sam......well, him and his team, are distinct. His mission is to help people, and he has the client support, creative resources, problem-solving giftings, and the pure hustle to work hard and get it done! Call him - you'll end up writing a review to thank me for referring you to him!! ;-)

Sam is the absolute best realtor in the business. I had to move from an apartment to a house in 2 months and Sam did a great job to find houses that would be perfect for me. There were a couple hiccups of houses for it being winter and was kind of slow, but when January came around I find the house that Sam sent me. This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me. The sellers wanted a good chunk of money for it but Sam is so amazing at his job that we came to an awesome deal.
