Sam Vinall

An OU graduate with a BBA in Finance, minor in Economics and real estate brokerage license, Sam oversees everything real estate at Square Deal Capital. His experience as a real estate broker, business owner and investment executive uniquely qualify him to analyze potential property acquisitions. Working with tenants and landlords to lease business facilities, Sam is a seasoned dealmaker with a thorough understanding of the transactions and trends that shape the real estate market.

In addition to his work here, Sam also takes an active leadership role in the local commercial real estate market. He currently serves on the OKC Mayor’s Development Roundtable, the Commercial Real Estate Council’s Board, Capital Improvement Advisory Task Force and the Rotary Club of Edmond.
