Samantha is a native of Westchester, New York and has lived in New York City for almost 20 years. She changed career paths in the late 90s from dancing at The Joffrey Ballet School to begin her Real Estate career in New York City where she quickly soared to Director of Residential Sales for a boutique firm in Soho, specializing in Tribeca, Soho and Nolita. She joined Douglas Elliman in 2002 to work with one of the most respected teams in the company, where she expanded her knowledge to the rest of New York, including Brooklyn, where she now resides. She was invited to work on a New Development on the Upper West Side, where she quickly became the Sales Director and worked side by side the Project Manager and gained the knowledge, tools, and experience to handle any development project from inception to completion. She continued to work in New Development and worked on several other projects including taking on the role of Sales Manager on Downtown Brooklyn's pioneer luxury hi-rise condominium.
