I’ve been working with Samantha to find a rental apartment in Brooklyn. She has been incredibly responsive via text and phone call, eager to answer all of my questions (I’ve had many), and transparent and straightforward at every stage of the application process — everything you’d want in an agent! Samantha was an all-around pleasure to work with but two things really stood out to me as exemplary: 1) she is incredibly responsive; whether early morning or late night, she is only a text message away and would respond instantly. It was a reassuring and comforting touch in a process that can often be stressful and uncertain. 2) Samantha is transparent. There were no games or hidden agendas, she was candid and open about what the landlord was looking for in a potential tenant and it made the process that much smoother. 10/10 recommend!!

When we first moved to New York, it was a little overwhelming. We came from Texas and it was a strange time and a big change. She definitely found us a great place in Brooklyn that matched our personalities and that’s what we needed. She found us a place that was easy to make our new home. After a few years, when it was time to leave New York, for work purposes, she had our place sold quickly and with little interruption to our everyday life. I’m sure she’ll do amazing for you as she did for us. ♥️

Sam was just the best broker we could ever have! She helped us buy our first home, in a coop. She was very organized, clearly communicating the next steps, and greatly connecting with sellers' brokers to have the smoothest process possible. She was also incredibly helpful with all coop paperwork. Besides, she has a cheerful, warm and positive personality, which makes very nice and fun working with her. We super recommend her!

Early in our search we reached out via an online listing and were matched with Samantha to answer our question - we had done this a few other times but it never amounted to much with other matches. Samantha is everything you want from an agent; knowledgeable, experienced, a hustler, super responsive, and such fun to be around. Finding an apt in Brooklyn was surprisingly fun with samantha on my team. My first and only apartment hunt that didn’t involve stress tears. She got me so excited about my new neighborhood and home. She’s also not gonna just find you the perfect place; she’s gonna find you your mover, your new favorite bar, and an accountant if you need one. I can't say enough good things about Samantha. She will fight for you to get the best place for you! We were searching for a while for the best place to fit our needs. She found places quickly for us to look at, and helped us when we had questions. After a couple months of looking (our delay not hers), Samantha found our place and we signed for it! We trusted her eye and we're very glad we did. Our apartment is more than perfect! It's better than we expected to find! I highly recommend using Samantha for your Real Estate needs.
