Samantha Buckwalter was born in San Francisco, California, to an amazing single mother. Everything she is today, everything she has done, seen and experienced she owes to all her hard work and sacrifices. Following in her steps, she pursued a dance called West Coast Swing from early childhood and ended up turning that into a career. Long story short, she traveled all over the United States and Internationally, dancing, teaching, competing and judging large 1000+ attendee events. After growing up in Sonoma County, she moved to Austin Texas to attend the McCombs Business School at University of Texas. After two years, she was offered a chance to move to London, England, to grow the European dance community and she took it. She was fortunate enough to see so many parts of the world including, Scotland, France, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil.
At 23 years old, she moved back to the United States and settled in Southern California. While dancing, she held many other types of jobs from Retail, Sales, American Airlines Ramp Agent, EMT, FireFighter Trainee, and now Realtor. After over a 20 year dance career, she decided to transition into Real Estate and then met Richard and Maryann Moore who welcomed her into Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties. She could not say enough wonderful things about her brokerage, not only do they treat her like family, but they have an immense amount of knowledge and support to assist herself and her clients with any possible issue that could ever arise.
Her ultimate life dream is to use her income from Real Estate to create a non-profit which will give back to her local community, and more specifically help domestic violence survivors and LGBTQ youth. She absolutely loves everything about helping her clients in their home transitions, and she couldn't personally thank every single one of them enough, as each closed transaction is one step closer to getting my non-profit off the ground!
