There are not many other realtors that have Samantha's go getter attitude and her ability to connect with ANYONE. She work extremely hard to get her clients into contract whether she's representing the buyer or seller. Samantha made our experience great. Despite a busy work schedule and barely any brainpower left to tackle anything with, our journey to owning a home was smooth and painless. Samantha answered all of our million questions and was responsive and flexible to our requests to look at properties. We will be referring her to anybody we know who doesn't already have a realtor they are working with.

This is a LONG overdue review for Samantha. I’m going to add to my original post because Samantha helped us sell AND purchase our home in this crazy market. It was such a wonderful experience working with Samantha while buying a home. Nothing changed from when we needed to sell-- she was always available when we needed her.

She went above and beyond to help us find our forever home. We had a bit of a hard time finding a home in our price range that we loved in the beginning and Samantha took it into her own hands and hand-wrote letters to people who may be interested in selling in our target cities and price range. She continued to also call around and see if she could get any leads for us through other realtors.

No matter how many viewings I sent her way she was always willing to meet up with us to check out the home and give her professional opinion (because I asked a million questions).

Once we found the perfect home, Samantha helped us formulate the most competitive offer and we were able to close quickly. Like I said before, Samantha was always a phone call, text message, or email away and she was always quick to respond. She is nothing short of amazing and I would still reccommend anyone I know to contact her with any home buying or selling needs.

I met Samantha back in highschool and was able to reconnect with her through social media. I knew she was in real estate so I reached out with a couple questions that my husband and I had about selling our condo in Castro Valley. She was quick to respond and was willing to meet with us via zoom (pandemic times) the next day to go over any and all questions we had regarding our property. She was able to tell me what to repair and/or replace in order to sell our property at its highest value just by having me send her photos. We decided quickly that we would be using Samantha as our real estate agent due to her friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness and dedication to help us. Our property was part of a Co-Op which made our selling process a bit bumpier and longer than normal, but Samantha was able to navigate us through in a timely fashion and ultimately help us sell our property at an aggressive price. She was always available through email, cell, or her social media platforms. I am a night owl and I would email her late at night, in hopes that she would answer me sometime the following morning, but she almost always replied right away. I would definitely recommend my friends and/or family members to reach out to Samantha if they ever have any home buying or selling needs.
