Samantha Defuentes

I made my way to Oregon 13 years ago from Idaho via California and moved to the North Bend/Coos Bay area in 2007. I grew up riding horses and am an avid animal lover. I am a “Dog Mom” to a beautiful husky who travels with me everywhere.
I love living here as our town has so much to offer without the hustle and bustle of a huge city. The fact that there are beaches, rivers, mountains, dunes, lakes, all within minutes of each other and close to town never ceases to amaze me. There is a plethora of outdoor living as well as community events all year long that I enjoy.
I have always had a passion for helping others in many ways. I spent several years in the customer service industry as an in-home caregiver and during that time also became very interested in real estate. I soon began my career in real estate and realized that passion equals success!
I now get to be involved helping people both buy and sell their homes and commercial properties. It has been extremely rewarding for me. The best part of being a realtor is that I can both help people and be involved in real estate. These are both passions for me in life!
