As a longtime resident of Northern King County and Southern Snohomish County, Samantha looks forward to putting her 20+ years of real estate industry and sales experience to work for you!
She understands the process of buying and selling real estate and as your trusted advisor, you can count on her to be up to date on the market. She is a good listener and communicator, empathetic, and prepared to professionally guide you on your real estate journey. After listening to your needs and priorities, she will carefully craft a plan to achieve your goals. As well, she will work hard to see that everything goes as smoothly and stress free as possible. Whether you are buying or selling, she looks forward to utilizing her expertise to do whatever it takes to “get the job done,” while maintaining the utmost integrity.
Samantha’s professional background includes 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry. She first started with Windermere in 1999 in office management and obtained her real estate license in 2006. This was shortly after graduating from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a minor in Architecture. An opportunity to work with a local real estate right of way company as a Real Estate Right of Way Specialist, taught her to develop relationships with clients, problem solve and perfect her negotiating skills. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it is a life-changing experience and the biggest financial investment of one’s life. That is where her professionalism and experience come in.
A little more about her: Samantha and her husband absolutely love Edmonds and have been residents for over 15 years. This community has a lot to offer and some of her favorites are: “an Edmonds kind of 4th” 4th of July parade in which our office proudly walks in, and sponsors the Children’s Parade, a Halloween event which our office also sponsors, lots of fantastic bars/restaurants, and she loves to stroll at the Edmonds Farmer’s Market in the Spring and Summer. In her free time, and when she is not at a Seahawks game (Go Hawks!), she loves to sing and am slowly getting over her stage fright. She most recently had the opportunity to sing in front of a small crowd at a local coffee shop, and what a wonderful experience that was! Her other hobbies include baking, working out, hiking, snowboarding, and meeting new people.
