Samantha Devoe - Stott

As a Latah County native, seasoned real estate professional, and owner of Moscow Realty, Sam recognizes and values the trust that clients place in her, and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Originally from Moscow, ID, Sam earned a degree in Public Relations from the University of Idaho and this knowledge, coupled with her passion for real estate, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing brokerage listings. Sam has earned her GRI endorsement (Graduate Residential Institute), is a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Sam’s clients often describe her as caring, detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. “I have been one of the top 15 agents since I started in real estate and I have always known that I wanted to chart a path of helping others, serving my clients, and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.” These experiences instilled the discipline it takes to help build and lead one of oldest and most experienced real estate brokerages in Latah County.
