Sam helped us sell our home in August of 2022 and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, smart, and dedicated agent.

She gave us great advice in a time of uncertainty in the market, helped us figure out the right listing price (even went to tour comparable comps nearby just to make sure we were listing at the right price!) and went above and beyond to help us during a hectic time when we were in and out of town. The transaction went super smoothly, and Sam offered great advice throughout. She kept us up to date at all times so that we had peace of mind during the whole process. (Her team is also great - the pictures and videos turned out amazing!)

Buying your first house is a stressful but super exciting experience. Having Sam guiding me through made it to were I was able to find a great home and a nice area close to amenities I was looking for. The whole process was quite fast specially in todays market. The references Sam gave made it possible to make it as smooth as possible. I’ve been living in my house with my dog and really enjoying it.

Samantha Heyer came highly recommended from our finance officer, which she certainly lived up to. Timely responses, informed advice, and forward progression rolled into unbelievable order in the chaos of buying a home. My wife and I utilized the VA home loan and began our search for town homes, later shifting our search to include condos. Sam was an enormous help in closing the deal on our second offer. If I didn’t know better, I’d say her years of experience would be numerous to match her level of efficiency
