Originally hailing from the other side of the pond, this UK native has called Florida home since 2015. Before landing on our sunny shores, she lived in Sydney, Australia, for ten years and enjoyed a long career in Recruitment Consulting.

After moving to Sarasota, Samantha began a home staging business, which has given her significant insight into how today's internet- and HGTV-savvy buyers shop for properties. This gives her seller clients an edge as she is acutely aware of how a home can be enhanced by careful presentation to achieve the greatest results for her clients. She prides herself on delivering a concierge-style service that comes with 20 years of relationship management and negotiating skills, along with home staging expertise!

Samantha loves working with all her customers but particularly enjoys spending time with those who are new to Sarasota so she can share everything she has discovered about this wonderful city since making a move herself!

Samantha specializes in Downtown & South Sarasota, Longboat Key, and Lakewood Ranch areas. She currently lives in Sarasota with her husband Matt and their chocolate Labrador Benson.
