Samantha was able to help me buy my first investment property in Hilo. Foremost, Samantha displayed extraordinary professionalism in all aspects of her job. Her experience and market knowledge allowed us to negotiate with the seller a price that would secure us the deal. The property was a fixer upper, not move in ready, and with cash offers for sure competing against us. However, we offered nearly $50K over asking to be financed to purchase the home. Secondly, Samantha was able to overcome and adapt to challenges that came along the way; helping to solve issues with solutions that are a testament to her experience. Lastly, she ensured that she values her client, and in the end, strives for everyone “wins” in order to close the deal. Thank you very much! A great purchase. Hopefully many more to come.

Sam was an excellent realtor, mentor, friend. She was highly responsive to our calls and questions. She walked us through complicated sale (for us) and offered her opinion when we asked. Mind you this is right after giving birth to her third child and during the Lahaina and Kula wildfires. Furniture that we had trouble selling went to families in need. She was a stabilizing influence when we needed her to be and has been a great friend. We love her very much!

Together we closed two "challenging" transactions simultaneously. Two multiple dwelling investment properties.
