Samantha McGee

Samantha McGee was born in California but moved to Texas at an early age where she graduated from Katy High School. Her passion for Real Estate began early on where she loved to see homes being built and decided to turn that into a career. She began leasing apartments in 1998 and since then has educated herself in the Real Estate field and used this to become a Multi-Million Dollar producer and Fanning Realty’s 2016 MVP. She also has received the following designations by completing all the required courses: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), New-Home Construction Buyer Specialist (NHC), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Samantha always puts her clients first and that is reflected in her 4.98/5 star average on HAR. She treats each client like a family member and works hard to keep them informed throughout the entire process. She loves to educate her clients and spread her own knowledge so each client can make informed decisions and avoid any surprises. Her goal with each transaction is to make it as stress free as possible!

Samantha is married to Doug and Mother to a “S.E.A” of daughters: Shelby, EmilyPaige, and Averie. In her free time she most enjoys being involved in her children’s activities (swim, volleyball and soon-to-be college life) as well as making soap from scratch and a host of other handmade products, working in the yard and relaxing with family.
