Samantha is the property manager for Atlantic Sotheby’s, but she's got more skills than just leasing properties. Since starting her career in property management in 2017 and joining the Atlantic Sotheby’s family in 2022, Samantha has proven herself to be a master of handling everything from move-ins to maintenance issues, all while keeping a calm demeanor and a (dark) sense of humor.
When she's not negotiating leases or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you can catch her working on her personal fitness goals (don’t let the dumbbells fool you—she’s pretending to lift heavy and her plant collection is definitely growing like it’s on steroids). Speaking of plants—her house is becoming an unofficial botanical garden, and she’s just waiting for the day when she can host tours (okay, maybe not, but it’s getting close). And if you ever need to find her after a stressful day, she’ll be soaking up the sun on the beach.
