As the Director of Operations for the With Kristi+Co Real Estate Team, she helps drive the crew with excitement an opportunity, while seeking and developing long-term strategies to meet team objectives for our clients, industry partners, and team agents.

Sam is also a determined Partner Team Agent, inviting clients to leverage her services and expertise to solve their problems early and often while building wealth in real estate. By positioning herself for success and taking action to discover new opportunities she is celebrated for her powerful influence and in-depth knowledge of the greater Seattle market.
