Samantha is a Florence, SC native, raised in the Greater Pee Dee Region of South Carolina. She is a graduate of Wilson High School in Florence, South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Webster University. Praising and worshiping God and spending time with her family are at the forefront of her attention when she is not helping someone with real estate. Samantha also enjoys travel, decorating and home staging. She is passionate and driven by her motto “FAITH+WORK=SUCCESS.”
