Sam is the absolute best!!! She was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. My husband and I started looking for a new home shortly after our daughter was born, and Sam was so understanding of our busy and changing schedules. She was always available to answer our questions and reassure us throughout the entire process. Buying a home can take a lot of time these days, but Sam refused to let us settle. She stands up for her clients and makes sure you get the best deal. Sam found us our dream home and we are forever grateful!

Sam was absolutely amazing during our house buying process. We saw easily close to 100 houses because we kept getting beat out by last minute offers but Sam stayed confident we would find something we loved, and she was right. She helped us work with the seller to get what we needed and she was very responsive every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in PA/NJ

Sam is honestly the best realtor around. She made the process of buying a home effortless. Sam was able to break down everything into terms that made sense. Together, we saw 50+ houses and she always showed up with a smile on her face. Sam was very honest on which houses were worth their value and which were not. Samantha helped me purchase my house during the craziest time of Covid when each house was getting dozens of offers. As a first time home buyer, Sam was able to walk me through the entire process and made everything less stressful and easy. She always gave honest advice, thoroughly explained all of my options and truly understood what I wanted and helped me get it! Sam negotiated on my behalf like it was her own home that she was buying. I've heard horror stories of others home buying experiences but I had the best experience working with Sam. I 110% would highly recommend her to all of my family, friends, colleagues and anyone who wants a hardworking, genuine advocate with your best interests at heart!
