Samantha assisted me in selling my home a few months back during a crisis situation for me. She was very considerate to my needs of what I needed done and the time frame that was needed. She made suggestions on updating a few things to maximize my profit while staying within my budget. Due to the improvements, we asked for an above market price for my home. I had 3 offers immediately and received an amount above the listed asking price. I appreciate her diligence, suggestions and looking out for my best interest during the entire process. She is quite knowledgeable and without question Samantha would be my go to real estate agent should I need to buy or sell a home in the future.

I had incredible experience Samantha. Samantha made the selling experience smooth and painless from the initial review and listing through the final closing.
