Selling my home was an emotional experience for me because I had a lot of memories there and it had such a sentimental value. Samantha did a great job understanding what it meant to me and putting the same love into finding it new owners. I love that she made such a great effort to make sure the house was loved and to get me a good return on my investment. She made the process easy and took the load off my shoulders and eased the anxiety that goes into selling a house. She coordinated repairs from multiple contractors. She also did a great job helping it get back in shape after my renters moved out and getting it cleaned. She made sure the right work went was done to list the property. She definitely did a lot more work and put in more effort than I would have ever expected. Great job.

Sam’s real estate knowledge, passion, and dedication allowed me and my family to comfortably buy our dream home from California. As a military family, we are not always afforded the time to go house hunting prior to relocating. Well, what can I say? Sam is top notch. Need a new home? Need to sell your current home? Need a safe and fun daycare for your dog? Need a good cup of coffee? Go see Sam. Im just waiting for her to get her medical degree so she can be my doctor, too. I trust this woman with my life!
