While I've helped clients throughout California, my primary service area is Orange County, CA. I specialize in communities around UC Irvine including Irvine's University Park, Turtle Rock, University Town Center and Woodbridge, and the Newport Beach coastal communities.
I began my real estate training in 1989 coming from a background of financial consulting and personal account services with a degree in Economics from Cabrillo College and bachelor’s degree in Art from UC Santa Cruz. I am a graduate of the UVP Academy for top producing REALTORS, an intensive state-of-the art marketing and sales training program, as well as a certified “Hot Buy” Specialist focusing on residential valuations. My sales record has been recognized with the "Top Producer" and "Outstanding Sales Achievement" awards. I am an active member of the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS where I network, learn and share my experiences with my colleagues. I am happily married over thirty years, and a very proud mother of two beautiful young adults. Community is very important to me. That is why I have served as a member of the VPCA HOA Board and its committees, and encourage other homeowners to do the same.
Because of my love for the arts and my value of education and community enrichment I stay connected and involved in public programs/events around art and education in Orange County. I am a supporter and was co-producer of the Orange County Mini Maker Faire. I am focused on furthering educational opportunities around STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) especially for girls and under-served children and teens.
I try to find time to enjoy the many wonderful things in life - painting, hiking, cooking, tinkering with things, wine tasting, bike riding, hummingbirds, swimming in the ocean...
