Samar Fair

Samar epitomizes energy, hard work and outstanding customer service and has seven years of real estate experience that will carry you through every detail of your real estate transaction. Samar grew up in Lebanon, but has also lived in France and is fluent in Arabic, English and French which translates to a firm grasp on different cultures and languages.

Samar has married into a long time local “Real Estate Family” and is enjoying utilizing her acquired skills in hospitality, property management, and residential real estate and bringing that to her commercial real estate role.


During her free time Samar loves to enjoy all the beauty and fun that Lake Tahoe has to offer. In the summer she is often found spending time on the beach with her children Oliver and Sena but also boating, hiking, paddle boarding, practicing yoga and mountain biking. In the winter you can find her and her husband Scott at Kirkwood or back-country skiing.
