First time buyer here! From experiences family members had i honestly expect purchasing a home to be a dreaded experience. However that was not the case. From the moment we contacted Sameh until everything was finalized, he was nothing more than helpful and respectful. I had certain things i pictured my first home having and he matched almost everything (had to compromise in some with what the husband wanted). This man took the time to find the perfect home for us to begin the journey of starting a family. He was there during the ups and downs of the whole process. Highly recommend him for anyone buying a home as he made the experience pleasant.

Nobody tells you how difficult it is going through the process of buying a home and let me tell you there is a lot that goes into it. From how much income is made to how much goes out every detail counts. Sameh was there for the whole process. Legit bothered this man so much from how stressed I was. this is my second home and I wanted everything I dreamed of my house having to be in this home. Thank you Sameh for being available for any issues we had. Highly recommend him for any home purchases.
