Sami has been a Godsend throughout the entire process of purchasing a home in the Philadelphia area. He has been very responsable with my parents and guiding them and myself through every step with patience and grace. I do not know that we would of gotten through all the hurdles that came up after the purchase without him. I will definitely be referring him to anyone I know that needs realtor help of any kind. Sami has the patience of a saint, therefore has earned the nickname “Saint Sami” he has continuously gone above and beyond his normal scope of work to make things happen. He is compassionate and patient, and not afraid to put in the work. I would absolutely recommend Sami, especially first time homebuyers or sellers that need that extra hand holding through the process in what is truly a constantly changing market these days. "I have been looking for a realtor to sell a property in the Temple University area for some time. Most of the realtors I spoke with over promised on asking price, but under delivered on response and getting real legitimate offers to the table. Mr. Santiago was the only realtor who under promised, but over delivered in price with minimal contingencies. I recommend Mr. Santiago if you're in the market to buy or sell. He is honest, responsive and professional.

I've been asking around about an honest, responsive and outcomes based realtor to help me sell my property in the Temole University area. I spoke with a friend (B. Watson) who told me about Sami delivering on his expectexpectations.

Sami was able to sell my house quicker than expected and delivered on his promise to exceed my expectations with asking amount with minimal contingencies. I highly recommend Mr. Santiago if you are in the market to sell or buy a home.
