My wife and I worked with Sammy to buy a home and she was amazing. She knows so much about the market including the macro and the micro. She took her time to understand exactly what we wanted. She treated us like royalty and really worked hard to get us into a place that we were comfortable with. We were trying to buy during a very challenging buyers market and Sammy showed so much patience and shared so many wonderful tips from her many years of experience that it made the situation so much easier. Sammy is one of the best and most experienced realtor I have met. She helped us buy our home, which we ended up having a remodel loan. It's a totally different beast in itself. She was so patient and handled the obstacles in our way. It was like moving mountains to get the whole deal done and get all the details streamlined.
Her PR is very good and she has some really good resources up her sleeve.
I am glad we had her as our realtor. We wonder if it was a different realtor, our process would not be half possible.
All thanks to Sammy for all the help. Anyone who wants to take up a project of buying home and making it their own, definitely Sammy is an expert at this.
