First off hats off🧢 and kudos👍👊 to Sam Cooper. He came highly recommended. After one conversation I felt really comfortable moving forward with him and with the process.  From our initial conversation I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise and oh let me not forget that laugh🤣-super warm and inviting might I add. 😊  Believe me if you are having a day just listen to his laugh and it will make all the difference. 🤗🤭

He is exceptionally friendly, kind, and he has open ears ( One of my personal favorite characteristics). Through conversations we even found that we had some things in common. With this being my first time purchasing a home I have to admit I was quite nervous. I wanted to ensure I dotted all of my i's and crossed my t's. The process was getting overwhelming so I am glad he was there to assist and provide guidance. He was a delightful person to work with. He explained things to me all while not judging. I was very impressed with his patience, especially with me. If you know me you would know I can be a bit much. I am picky and I ask alotttt of questions. Let me tell you alottttt.

He quickly got to learn about me and my preferences. We could tour a home and he could immediately tell whether or not I was feeling it. Maybe it was my facial expressions behind the masks or maybe it was the way I looked around. (i.e if I was quick or cracked open a door and did a little peek). From there we were able to narrow things down and get a more concrete list that consisted of let's say "my cup of tea."

He never gave up and he made himself available. In fact he still makes himself available. He listened to my concerns and had my best interest at heart. I really liked the fact that he didn't just want to make a quick sale and he didn't rush me. He took the time to address my wants and needs and narrowed down lists. He was able to give me a layout and a synopsis of the top areas I was considering. Safety was one of my main concerns and he made it a priority. He was also able to provide insight and recommendations on what changes I could make to the properties we viewed and how to make it my own.

I was very excited to work with him and in the end I was able to obtain a beautiful home.  One in which I am ecstatic to call mine and be proud of it. Thanks Sam you did an exquisite job. In my Doctor Who Voice..."Fantastic." I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for agent/broker

Until next time. I will definitely be coming back to him for future properties and/or investments. Get ready!

I had a wonderful experience working with SJC. I initially contacted them to manage a property in DC and it developed into full real estate advisory relationship from there. Sam helped my fiance and I buy a house in Virginia, patiently looking at multiple properties as we figured out what was best. Then he advised me it was the right time to sell versus rent given the market in DC. Although there were some deficiencies with the property we were able to sell it at a very good price that I was pleased with. Now I am using Sam to find investment properties. I can't fully express how knowledgeable and diligent Sam is. He fights for his clients and does his best to ensure they have the most enjoyable experience.

My ex-husband and I have used Mr. Cooper’s services for the sales of 2 properties and the purchases of 2 additional properties in the span of less than one year. Mr. Cooper is AMAZING, and after our first transaction, there was never a question of who would represent us each time. My favorite way to describe him is: He is like a bulldog for his clients! He is so knowledgeable of the real estate business and he will advocate for you in every situation. In the course of these four separate transactions, there was never a situation, issue or concern that he was not prepared to handle. During just the sale of the first property, we dealt with our tenant who was defiant and reluctant to leave so that we could sell the property, and then later 2 contracts that fell through. In real estate, we have learned that these things happen, but Mr. Cooper gave us his all, worked diligently and always made us feel as though we were the ONLY clients. He has become family and we know that he has only our best interests at heart.

Samuel is the definition of a realtor.

I'm beyond satisfied with the professionalism, listening to my purchasing needs and being available to accommodate my schedule.

I’m currently searching for my first home and just knew it would be the most stressful thing ever. That’s until I met Mr. Cooper. He is one of a kind. He has answered every question or concern I’ve had so far without hesitation. He has been showing me homes that not only fit my budget but have everything I’ve been looking for.
